The making of a Teardrop trailer.

Finished riveting the hatch. Started planning the top glue down.

Kinda a prep day, cut the hatch skin and drilled and threaded the hatch.

Painted the hatch, rough cut the top skin, picked up the other fender.

No issue on this side

Didn’t get it fully down on the frame before the contact cement caught. Looks like extra trim work to conceal. The new spiral router bit self destructed before I got the door fully cut out. Don’t buy the cheapest on the jungle website is the lesson here. The second cheapest should show up tomorrow.

Finally made my first cut in to the expensive siding. It went pretty well.

I fit the hatch hinge and put knobs on the galley drawers.
